My name is Laura I am a 40 year old single mother of two girls.  I am disable due to a broken back. I had back surgery and they put in a couple of bars, screws and a fake disc.  I am still in a lot of pain and on medication.  I broke my back when I was only 15, the doctors said, I should of been paralyzed, but for some reason I am not. 
  Well I have chronic dry mouth due to the medication and teeth are paying the price for it.  My teeth are cracking and a few of them are braking.  I've been in pain sucking on orajel and switching sides when I eat.
  I have Ameri-plan which helps pay for dental so went to one and he said, I needed a root-canal on a few of my teeth.  He started on the one hurting me the most.  He said, it was going to take 3 visits to fix one tooth and it would cost $657.00 the first time, then $745.00 for the second and $550.00 for the last one.   That's a total of $1952.00 for 1 tooth and that's with Ameri-plan paying too. I can't afford it and I also need a lot more work done.  I had to borrow $600 for the first visit.  I miss understood his quote too, because I thought the $657 covered the whole tooth, but after he cleaned out for the root canal.  He just put some type of temporary cap on it, which fell off within a week and I went back he put another one on.  I am suppose to go tomorrow to get the second part done, but I have no money. 
  I can't go to work, because I am in pain a lot. I don't sleep well at night, due to the pain.  And if I make an income I could lose my medical which I can not due.  My back doctors are extremely expensive and my medicine is out the roof too. 
  This is my first time listing I hope I am doing this right, please forgive me if it's wrong.
  I'll list what I can do as a trade for dental work.
I can cut hair, I went to beauty school years ago.  I can work very well on a computer so if you need data entered or things organized,  I am a awesome couponer so I can teach you or I can shop for you.  Just tonight my grocery bill came to $68 and I ended up playing $26.  I have lots of stock pile items, cleaning items, hair color, make-up shampoo-conditioner, soap, lotion, and lots more.  Another thing I can do that is very time consuming is fix your digital pictures.  I can organize them, fix the color put them into photo albums on-line or off-line.  I can do bookkeeping, help you log all your expenses.  I use to have my own cleaning company so I know how do do this.  I'll even trade a 1/2 moon small parrot.  He's beautiful and only a few years old.  He was born around the same time Katrina hit.  I can't keep him because my room mate works at night and I can't keep him quite while my daughter is at school.  He says, what very loudly everytime I tell him to be quite or shhhhhhhh he screams WHATTTTTTTTTTT over and over, it's funny but my roommate isn't laughing anymore.  
Please if your a dentist or you have money I can use to go to the dentist I'll work a deal with you.  Please just ask i am sure I can do a lot more then what I listed, that's just all that came to mind.
